All of our Cutting Boards are hand-made using 12-16 solid maple staves 1 1/4" thick and laminated with marine epoxy for maximum durability.  The carved waterways direct running water into the Basin, preventing spills. 

proximity kitchensystem® Cutting Boards are sold as part of a package with our Basins or Counters.

For the Standard System:

  • Standard Cutting Board

    • This Cutting Board works with all proximity kitchensystem® Standard Basins.  The Board rides on the edge of the counter cutout and allows the same bypass action with the Carriers as in the Premium System

  • Premium Cutting Board

    • This Cutting Board works with all proximity kitchensystem® Standard Basins.  The Board rides on the edge of the counter cutout and allows the same bypass action with the Carriers as in the Premium System.  The inset handles are iroko.

     

    For the Premium System:

    • Premium Cutting Board

      • This Cutting Board works with all proximity kitchensystem® Premium Counters.  It is 1 1/2" longer than its Standard System cousin.  The Board rides on the top edge of the Basin and integral drainboards.  The inset handles are iroko.
