Shipping/Return Policy

The environment is important to us.  We therefore strive for a no-landfill shipping policy. We also want to protect our products from damage during transit.  We ship our products in re-usable wooden crates with special re-usable cushioning material.  Inside each crate you will find a return shipping label; after you remove your Proximity product(s), please reseal the crate with cushioning material inside, affix the return label to the outside of the crate, and ship it back to us.  In order to encourage you to be kind to the environment, we charge a crate deposit fee of $300, which will be refunded in full once we receive the crate back in re-usable condition.  For more information on our packaging philosophy, please see this blog post.

If you do not wish to keep your Proximity product, you may return it in its original packaging  within fifteen (15) working days.  Please closely inspect your Proximity product as soon as you receive it.  We make every effort to ensure that our products are well-protected, but if you discover any damage please contact us immediately and we will arrange for an exchange.  If the return is for reasons other than damage or defect, the purchaser assumes the costs for any return shipments.  Once we determine that the returned product is in saleable condition, you will receive a refund.
