proximity kitchensystem® Carriers

All of our proximity kitchensystem® Carriers are cut from sheets of high-quality bamboo plywood and finished by hand.  They are frames that carry stainless steel steam table pans (see Inserts), which come in a wide variety of universal sizes and depths (Gastronorm) and hold food before and after it has been washed or prepped.  We also offer a Steamer Carrier that has a rounded cutout specifically to hold the inserts supplied with the Gaggenau® in-counter steamer.  The insert containing prepped food can then go directly from the proximity kitchensystem® workstation into the steamer.

For the Standard System:

• Our Standard Bamboo Carriers work with proximity kitchensystem® Standard Basins and Cutting Boards.  The Carriers ride on the edge of the Proximity Basin, allowing the same bypass action with the Cutting Board as in the Premium System.

For the Premium System:

• Our Premium Bamboo Carriers work with proximity kitchensystem® Premium Counters and Cutting Boards.  The Carriers ride on the edge of the integral Proximity Basin or iroko counter cutout and slide below the Cutting Board.  They are 1 1/2" longer than their Standard System cousins.
